When I saw that Jackie is both IE-minded AND winning races, I couldn’t get enough of her content. She’s taught me some really pivotal information, and I’m excited to continue to learn from her.

As a high school swim coach I often see my athletes struggling with body image, nutrician, and how to put those together. We invited Jackie to come talk with our team at the beginning of our season. She was great at interacting with and relating to the swimmers. She presented some really interesting and helpful information about how to fuel their bodies to maximize energy and performance. Since then, we have had more team discussions about this. I often refer to info Jackie gave us when leading a team discussion, but, more importantly, my swimmers also bring up points that they related to and share things they have tried to implement into their own training. We will definitely be having her back again next year so we can continue to learn from her.

I wanted to qualify for the Boston marathon. I had already ran 5 marathons and for some reason could not reach that 3:30 goal. I knew I needed a little extra help and accountability. Jackie was the perfect person to team up with. Her background, her positive encouragement, and strategic workouts worked perfectly. I ran the Huntsville marathon last September and got 3:21, which was 9 minutes faster than I needed. She is now helping me to prepare for the Boston marathon where I hope to PR again. I believe it is well worth having a coach working right along side me to push my limits. I definitely see progress in my physical fitness every week. Jackie does a great job.

Jackie caters my workouts specifically to my needs. She recognizes when I needed to push and when I needed more recovery. I have had a long journey of body shaming, yo-yo dieting, an unhealthy relationship with food, etc etc. I was so tired of having this or that person tell me when to eat, what foods are bad (only to have someone else say they are good). I was just exhausted from it all. I finally started working with Jackie and did the intuitive eating program. She has changed my life in so many ways. I have a long ways to go to be a true intuitive eater, but she helped me step by step come to peace with all food, helped me discover a healthy mindset, and even to except my body the way it is now while trying to nourish it the best I can. I highly recommend anyone and everyone to work one on one with Jackie. Be careful, though, she just may change your life for the better! ;)

Where to even begin!? I’ve been working with Jackie for a few months now and I am so incredibly grateful I found her and am fortunate enough to work with her on my nutrition, and hopefully soon once my health improves even more, then my running as well. Jackie is one of the kindest individuals. She really cares and I can feel and tell how invested in me personally and in my success she is. That alone goes such a long ways! I feel I can trust her and she is so very knowledgeable about all things nutrition, and movement, which helps me trust her even more. I love how personable she is. I’m able to open up, talk about what I need to, what my goals are, and like I mentioned, she takes the time to listen and personalize a plan to fit my needs and push me in the right direction to get where I ultimately want to be. She’s just the best and I always look forward to our sessions where I know I will be challenged, but it is a “team” effort where I know she is there to help, guide, encourage, and support me while I have to do the hard things I know and want to do to achieve recovery and a balanced, fulfilling life. I’d really recommend anyone who may be struggling with any eating issues or wants to improve their running or just be an overall better athlete. Jackie really knows her stuff!
